[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide web-based English language acquisition software will focus on helping students, whose first language is not English, acquire a level of English proficiency to academic standards.
- assist students with acquiring proficiency in the English language in the areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing
- assist students with self-monitoring of their proficiency in the English language
- assist teachers with monitoring the progress of students acquisition of the English language
- hold historical data on students as they progress through the program
- hold historical data on students progress with English language as they transition from one grade level to the next through their school career.
- provide a placement test to set each student on their own individualized learning path
- instruct students in critical language and literacy concepts such as basic vocabulary, academic language, grammar, listening comprehension, phonological awareness, phonics, and fluency
- provide information on the students proficiency levels in the areas of listening, speaking, reading and writing of the English language.
- program will provide performance-based activities to assess the students level of English proficiency
- program will need to provide continual benchmarks to adjust the individualized learning path to maximize English language acquisition
- program will need to be engaging to children and able to hold their attention while having a sound instructional base

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
