[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide certified crisis telephone services for department of mental health after hours helpline and the national suicide prevention lifeline networks.
- Helpline will require services from Monday to Friday 5:00 pm to 7:30 am, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours of coverage and 24 hours of coverage on all state holidays.
- Lifeline will require services form Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:30 am, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours of coverage and 24 hours of coverage on all state holidays.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
