(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance consulting services specifically regarding the following policies:
- Property coverage,

- Employee Liability coverage
- Mississippi municipal liability coverage
- Physical damage policy and
- Any other coverage requested by the city or recommended by the consultant to the government authority located in Oxford, MS.
