(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic forms and workflow management application system for tracking date sensitive items to ensure timely updates, maintaining the confidentiality of the data entered, identifying any commercially available software, maintaining the host site, with the cost for such support, maintenance and hosting for years and maintaining sufficient bandwidth and server capacity.
