[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mail services and supply center and package services and supply center which will offer the maximum of 2500 mailboxes,
- Packaging services and packing supplies,
- Parcel handling, storage, shipping and receiving,
- Parcel distribution and notification within 24 hours,
- Mailing supplies,
- Metered mail and stamps to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.
(2) A mandatory site inspection of facility or pre-proposal conference will be held on November 5, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
