(1) Vendor needs to provide food services to prepare and provide meals during Unit Training Assemblies when Dining Facility employees require training and will be unable to serve regularly scheduled meals.
- All food items must be delivered and available on site in proper container no later than 10:00 a.m. on specific dates unless otherwise directed.
- Meals shall be delivered to the back of building
- Box Lunch will consist of a sandwich, one side one dessert, and one can premium beverage
- Contractor shall provide all condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup) to complement the meal being served
- Eating utensils and napkins. to the government authority located in Meridian, MI.
(2) This bid set aside for total small business.
