- shall be based on a "cost per pickup" for each location utilizing dumpsters
- The cost per pick up for those locations utilizing dumpster shall include the cost of initial placement by Vendor of dumpsters at the sites.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
