(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic payment and invoicing system for holding, maintaining and verifying detailed vendor bank information within their system, allowing vendors the ability to have multiple bank accounts with a single tax id, ability to reconcile information for vendors that have registered accounting system, ability to view and report against payments received, ability to provide services at no cost to vendors, ability to pull back transactions that have been processed, ability to view and report against submitted invoices, ensuring that all information is secure and confidential, ability to access the system via all internet browsers without users needing additional software.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than February 14, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
