[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology and audio-visual services including include assisting the IGU Program Director in the following areas: set up and tear down of sound equipment, set up and tear down of projectors and projector screens, operation of sound system, operation of laptop computer, assist with driving truck and pulling trailer, assist with loading and unloading trailer, assist with Golf Cart obstacle course, and assist with coordinating students attending the event to the government authority located in Newton, MS.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
