Government Authority located in Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for billboard advertising services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide billboard advertising services.
- Develop with the division, measurement tools to ensure that the billboards advertising goals are met.
- Selected vendor will be contracted to provide billboard advertisement throughout the state focusing on the northern, central, and southern districts.   
- Selected vendor will assure that billboards are lighted until midnight daily with no obstruction of view to motoring public.
- Selected vendor will agree to maintain and keep billboard's artwork in a clear and visible fashion.
- Selected vendor will make sure that digital billboards will apply the same as regular billboards.
- Selected vendor will agree to one vinyl change of all boards within the year, if messages of campaign changes or if feels that the vinyl on billboards are not clear and visible for motoring public.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 10, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
