[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management consultant services that will assist the district in risk management activities and provide support services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Risk management program includes, but is not limited to the analysis of risk and exposures, coverage recommendations, the procurement of insurance, the election to maintain a self-insured program for certain risk exposures, the administration of claims, and the oversight of loss prevention in coordination with operational departments.
• Analyze and Recommend risk control options
• For risk and coverages JPS elects to transfer risk to insurers, market and provide guidance in the district’s negotiation of terms and conditions at the most reasonable costs
• Suggest or facilitate loss prevention measures
• Assist or facilitate claims mitigation and coordinate with carriers where necessary
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2019.
