Vendor needs to provide legal document management and case management and docketing system shall provide a means for storing documents in a secure environment with access controls and document governance features, system shall provide a means for organizing documents by an agency-determined taxonomy or taxonomies, such as by case type or case identifier, system shall provide a means for profiling and searching documents across NASA legal offices, System shall have the ability to create and track custom user actions, system shall have the capacity to generate custom reports on tracked legal and custom user actions based on fields such as due date and action assignee.
