Vendor needs to provide translation, interpretation and transcription services for students, parent conferences, school meetings and school functions, maintain a professionally recognized interpreting certification or a higher education degree or specialization in a foreign language, linguistics, translation or interpretation.
- Translation is defined as expressing written words from a source language into written words of a target language, retaining the original meaning and Transcribing from a video or audio electronic file may also be required.
- Transcription is defined as the act of making a written, printed, or typed copy of words that have been spoken.
- Interpretation is defined as accompanying a speaker by translating spoken words from one language to another in order to make spoken words understood by a group, audience, individual on the telephone, in a meeting room, or at a gathering of many people.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
