(1) Vendor needs to provide child support enforcement legal services for ensure that legally responsible persons, to the best of their ability, contribute toward the support of their children, locate parents when necessary and provide appropriate documentation, verification of existing order, intake and client interviews, preparation of any paperwork necessary for the case throughout the life of the case, cooperating with other county/regions regarding case transfers and interstate and international support matters to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
