(1) Vendor needs to provide library hosted multi-tenant SaaS discovery services for hosting a fully integrated discovery system.
- Discovery services include a vendor-managed knowledgebase, link resolver, A to Z list, and a well-developed discovery search tool with API functionality. Additional mandatory components include ERM and analytics tools for use reporting.
