[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security services for museum of natural science to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Provide mobile security for visitor parking lots and park grounds and facilities and maintain safety of visitors and staff
- Provide security for Museum facility and immediately adjacent grounds and parking lots beginning at least 30 minutes prior to and ending at least 30 minutes after each period of open operation or special event
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on July 15, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one years.
