[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic payment and invoicing solution for tracking date sensitive items to ensure timely updates, maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered, access to all of the technical information concerning operation of the electronic payment and invoicing system, including but not limited to, server specifications, internet connection information, personnel requirements and software implementations, redundant internet connections, maintaining sufficient bandwidth and server capacity.
(2) A mandatory vendor web conference will be held on August 27, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
