[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student housing software.
- ability to manage multiple year applications
- manage multiple housing contracts with the ability to e-sign contracts for both students and parents of student under the age of 18
- manage and track occupancy, including group assignments and changes
- manage waiting lists
- multiple ways to create an assignment
- ability to manage billing charges/credits with an approval process/interface and the ability to export the approved billing charges/credits to Banner financial system
- ability to manage damage billing, including billing to more than one student and/or group.
- user-friendly room change request, fulfillment, and reporting processes
- allow for mass edits of student occupancy and/or billing information.
- manage student staff living within the residence halls
- manage the scheduled check-in processes for move-in, as well as actual move-in processes.
- ability to change the room make-up of a building for any given year, while maintaining the historical data of previous years.
- ability to use mail-merge letters and emails and log all correspondence within the student profile.
- ability to manage camps and conference housing. This will include contract management, billing, invoicing, and accepting payments by way of CASHnet, managing emergency information, and occupancy.
(2) A video/audio conference call will be held on September 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
