[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public affairs and graphic design support services.
- Event planning fort special military events (such as Fleet Weeks, special military ceremonies, change of commands etc.), media events
- Knowledge of the practices and techniques in planning, developing and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter) and assessing its impact.
- Experience in researching, coordinating, writing and disseminating accurate, timely written content such as articles for news media.
- Developing products in support of external communication initiatives, including pitch letters, news releases and social media postings.
- Preparing subject-matter experts and officials for interviews by researching and developing key messages and conducting rehearsals.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals and groups.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines.
- Ability to take direction and seek help when needed.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
