[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide process maturity documentation and systems to help mature its capacity through process and staff development/enhancement, to help document the current state of its systems and processes.
- Support could involve mentoring, best-practice guidance, coordinating stakeholder meetings, communications, and drafting/editing
- artifacts such as workflows, templates, charters, standard operating procedures, decision matrices, business, functional and technical requirements/ recommendations for tools to capture/record and report performance
- Integrated Reporting Solution, including “Generate” for EdFacts Reporting
- allow systems to talk with one another without human intervention
- increase the tempo of data reporting, support expanded reporting, and free state and local staff to spend more time analyzing and using data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
