[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Professional Management and Marketing Services to
(a)    Employ, supervise and direct employees and personnel as required for the Facilities;
(b)    Negotiate, deliver and administer any and all licenses, occupancy agreements, rental agreements, booking commitments, advertising agreements, concession agreements, supplier agreements, service contracts, and all other contracts and agreements in connection with the management, promotion and operation of the Facilities;
(c)    Maintain the Facilities in the condition received, reasonable wear and tear excepted;
(d)    Rent, lease or purchase all equipment and maintenance supplies necessary or appropriate for the operation and maintenance of the Facilities;.
-    Maintain a master set of all booking records and schedules for the Facilities
-    Operate the food, beverage and catering services
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2019.
(3) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on December 17, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
