[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Protect MDES employees, visitors, and property from any perceived or actual perils that arises or might arise
- Be awake and alert at all times
- Be armed at all times
- Ensure all doors, gates, or any other entrances are properly secured during and after business hours
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Act in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner with all MDES personnel and visitors
- Serve exclusively as a security guard while on duty and not be engaged in any other job or vocation
- Make proper, sufficiently detailed, and legible entries in the daily activity reports
- Respond immediately to any emergency
- Respond immediately to fire, security, or any other alarms
- Upon request, escort MDES personnel or visitors to and from the parking lot
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2020
