Vendor needs to provide digital media software and services.
- Digital Messaging Systems (electronic bulletin boards) offers an easy way to spread information to a wide audience in a short amount of time.
- Digital messaging software shall include the following Software provided will enable user to place content in various screen layouts and to schedule display of VA content on any date and at any time within 30 days, Subscriber must have access to and be able to add or change content from any remote location where access to the internet is available, an unlimited array of graphic templates for the design and display of custom feature, on-screen backgrounds and headers at no additional cost, remote portal must be included to allow the VA Administrator to see on their desktop computer what is being displayed on the network screens at all locations, IT support at any time via internet or phone, training video for the advantage and benefit of any VA staff member who needs training or updating on procedures, All information exchanged between vendor and VA subscriber must be encrypted for security purposes, turn-key to include all required materials, installation, and setup.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
