Vendor needs to provide technical support services to the government authority located in Stennis Space Center, MS.
- provide operational and technical support services, including custom software programming support, for government off-the-shelf applications software utilized by the department during the period of performance
- provide support for documenting satellite and in situ data requirements, hardware purchases, data application upgrades, and data flow engineering
- provide operational, technical, and custom software programming support services for ocean databases, including data processing, data quality control, and database engineering
- provide database loading services for oceanographic databases
- provide technical support services for rapid transitions of new and emerging software technology requirements into operational use in the oceanographic department, in response to emergent fleet need.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
