[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide post-release treatment and recovery support services to individuals screened and assessed for co-occurring substance abuse and mental illness (CSAMI) to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Improve screening and assessment of offenders to adequately identify and diagnose CSAMI
- Develop integrated case plans which address CSAMI and criminogenic risk factors
- Provide evidence-based pre and post release CSAMI treatment and cognitive behavioral interventions to address criminogenic risk factors
- Provide linkage to community based recovery support services
- Improve accountability and processes for data collections, input, analysis and sharing
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2020.
