[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive electronic patient education information system which fully integrates with the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) to be used by all hospitals and clinics state-wide.
- The proposed system must provide patient education materials (i.e., content).
- The proposed system must automatically prompt the clinician to select patient education materials from within the EMR based on patient's diagnosis and diagnosis code and patient's active medications.
(2) Contract term will be three year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
