[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide plagiarism detection software and integrates with the learning management system.
¬ should support a wide variety of user devices desktop pcs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
- cloud-based solution but will consider hybrid and on-prem solutions
- System should include similarity reports, grammar, spelling, style, mechanics, and usage. - capable of similarity detection of student work submissions - able to check submissions against repository of university papers
- Source database must include: web sources, research journals, electronic encyclopedia,
textbooks, education and reference materials, published sources and student papers - Source databases must be continuously updated with content with an independent web
crawler.
- Must provide reporting options such as restricting specific databases, exclusion of references and quoted materials and different reporting formats
- Provide for single-sign-on and duo authentication
- ability to permanently remove all documents submitted by a student from vendor infrastructure upon request.
- ability to capture the content of the files within the native application in which the content was produced. - Must be cloud based.
- Must be compatible with commonly used browsers including Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, and Safari.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
