[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data management services and system to allow for the upload and storage of files of any size, and input into online forms designed.
- web-based application system that will enable the ORE and our partners to maximize effort by incorporating streamlining and tracking requirements for on-site support, monitoring, reporting, and data collection of various reports and proposals
- ability to collect and visualize data, manage current ORED projects, maintain compliance, monitor proposal and project progress, monitor and approve requests, provide evaluation of program impacts, and ability to report results.
- system should be flexible and customizable in a way that allows the ORED to monitor ongoing work and maintain compliance.
- Application should be cloud-hosted on secure servers that meet federal regulatory and compliance requirements with unlimited storage for data, documents, files, photos, and videos. - Web-based access compliant with Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
- End User application capability to be installed and operated on mobile, PC’s, and Mac devices
- The system should have the ability to create custom fields by select users and system administrators
- Capability to isolate monitoring/reporting by multiple factors for individualized monitoring as well as aggregating and summarizing monitoring activities.
- Flexibility for partners to upload and monitor multiple reports regarding data or compliance.
- allows authorized users to access data and reports for analysis or approval, while allowing any user to be able to submit documents
- user-friendly method for authorized users to clean and correct data entry errors and identifying duplicate records.
- allow authorized users to send one-time emails to individuals based on user roles.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
