[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide broadcasting application
- support development, production, scheduling, and broadcast services of instructional content via a free statewide television network,
- to provide services to support and maintain broadcasting for a statewide public access channel that should reach the majority of the state regardless of broadband connectivity and subscription cable services,
- Support development of content for broadcast on free state-wide access channel(s),
- Support production of content for broadcast on free state-wide access channel(s),
- Support the closed captioning of content developed and produced,
- Schedule and record additional content for broadcast on free state-wide access channel(s), and
- Broadcast instructional content via a free state-wide access channel(s)
- support development, production, scheduling, and broadcast services via a free statewide television network, including rural areas with limited connectivity,
- plan for broadcasting to continue, if additional funds are unavailable, to continue essential functions, including filming instruction, technical operations, and broadcasting
- design and deploy a robust communication/promotional plan that includes a co-branding, to make this information responsive to families of special populations (closed captioning in English and other languages).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
