[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics guest security services to the government authority located in Mississippi.
- These positions could include but are not limited to ticket takers, security officers, ushers, parking officers, and transportation agents
- Guest services and security personnel are expected to make reasonable efforts to protect property
from theft, stop illegal entry of persons and contraband, protect patrons and facilities alike from
damage and destruction, all while providing a superior customer service experience to patrons and
staff
- All employees must be at least 18 years of age
- All employee qualifications must be verified with proper documentation
- Vendor-employed supervisors will explain job responsibilities for each post in detail to each security or guest services personnel prior to the event
- Vendor will provide radios for all managers and supervisors at every event
- Ole Miss reserves the right to request radios for additional guest services and security staff as needed
- The vendor will be responsible for providing additional radios as requested by Ole Miss
- Illegal entry of vehicles and unauthorized parking of vehicles in athletic department reserved lots and streets
- Unauthorized entry of persons onto fields, courts, or into otherwise prohibited areas
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 7, 2021.
