[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone interviewing services for the behavior risk factor surveillance system project to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- The target sample size is expected to be approximately 6,000 completed interviews by landline and cell phone for the 12-month period.
- The contractor will assume responsibility for programming all questions and response categories in a computer assisted telephone interviewing system by two weeks before the start of the interviewing period if a non CATI-Ci3 system is used.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 13, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
