[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone interviewing services or the behavioral risk factors surveillance systems project to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- conduct interviews using the questionnaire for each calendar year.
- conduct interviews among randomly selected adults aged 18 and older using the questionnaire and methodology.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 13, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
