[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide education and training program manager services to the government authority located in Columbus, MS.
- Uses principles of adult learning/teaching methodologies when planning educational offerings and functions in the roles of both educator and facilitator.
- Maintains up to date knowledge on common training programs and knows how to get information on unusual requests.
- Creates an effective learning environment and evaluates the outcome of staff education.
- Uses and fosters critical thinking skills and other resources to handle non- routine situations.
- Assists in the orientation of new personnel.
- Uses process improvement and planning skills to maximize resources and improve programs.
- Demonstrates appropriate time management skills.
- Follows up appropriately to anticipate and mentor others to avoid or solve problems.
- Demonstrates clear, effective written communication including but not limited to e-mails, memos and reports at all levels.
- Clear, effective verbal communication with all presentations both formal and informal.
- Assists all functional managers with the annual formal course data call.
- Utilizes a web-based training program to assign, track and produce compliance reports.
- Prepares and develops new training methods to enhance, explain and improve education requirements, ensuring optimum use of military and civilian resources that are most economical to the government.
- Develops educational programs designed to augment knowledge and clinical skills of nursing staff, including planning, developing and presenting continuing education content and programs.
- Supports nursing staff in acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to competently coordinate a wide range of multi-modal patient care services.
- Instructs personnel ensuring that requirements are compatible with individual skill levels and knowledge base.
- Develops, compiles, interprets, and makes recommendations from management reports generated from internal and external data sources.
- Consults with managers and supervisors in order to identify needed medical training requirements for assigned personnel.
- Tracks and identifies any trends on required competency, training, and status.
- Ensures education and training studies for a variety of subjects, activities, career fields, and occupations.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
