[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide digital evidence management system
- Fifteen (15) new continuous-operation body-worm cameras with rechargeable batteries specifically designed for use by law enforcement officers
- Fifteen (15) USB docking stations for cameras to permit battery recharding
- One (1) Transfer Station – Eight (8) Bay ethernet transfer station for uploading evidence
- Cloud-based Evidence Management System with unlimited storage and unlimited cloud sharing
- No fault hardware warranty with service, maintenance and 24/7 support for five (5) years
- Implementation including on-site installation, training, and configuration,
- Cloud-based Evidence Management System:
- A cloud-based evidence management system with unlimited storage, unlimited cloud sharing of evidence recordings and unlimited users shall be included to provide for the storage and archival of incident and event recordings captured from the bodyworn cameras,
- An intuitive user interface making it easy to find, manage and share digital evidence across various browser options,
- Allows the department to track all body-worn camera assignments.
- Allows automatic video upload to the secure cloud via the transfer station.
- Provides synchronized playback from all body-worn cameras at an incident or event, so recorded video and audio from multiple devices can be seen and heard simultaneously.
- Allows direct exports of video evidence to a DVD or USB drive when courts or attorneys require physical media for playback.
- Allows for the scheduling of automatic movement, archival or purge of events based on retention schedules and rules configured by the department.
- Provides a searchable audit log using filters including import, export, playback, download, share modify and archive dates.
- Allows for customizable permissions to easily setup security groups and assign users and permissions for the department to control access to data devices and system capabilities.
- Digital evidence is secured via a CJIS-compliant storage and encryption solution,
- Cloud-based evidence management system with unlimited storage, unlimited cloud sharing and unlimited users with all necessary user licenses for same to provide for a functional system and interfaces for same.
- A third-year hardware technology refresh – to the latest body-worn camera offered by the awarded vendor and a new battery for the new camera.
- Advanced hardware replacement service and 24/7 support.
