[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting firms to the government authority located in Pascagoula, MS.
- Achieve a high-density mixed-use development that leverages the uniqueness of the site to a mix of housing types to meet multigenerational needs and economic sustainability in the long term.
- Consider a site that may support a hospitality destination such as hotel/convention center or other leisure activity site.
- Consider a site that may support a major recreational/athletic facility and supporting retail
- Create a public space from individual buildings to outdoor spaces that may contain public art or any other focal point to achieve regional significance.
- Utilize green development best practices such as leed, clean technology health living and innovative design and construction.
- Place buildings and attractions through a pedestrian friendly network of interconnection streets within the site and connect the site to the outside areas through green complete streets, transit access and bicycle infrastructure.
- Build consensus around the development vision with key stakeholders including residents, businesses, property owners, citizens and elected officials
- Identify opportunities for transportation enhancement projects, i.e. trail/sidewalk connections, landscaping, and other features.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
