Government Authority located in Jackson, Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for statewide COVID-19 specimen collection and rapid testing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide COVID-19 specimen collection and rapid testing services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
• For mobile testing sites- utilize the state covid-19 scheduling system to:
- Check patients into the covid-19 testing site
- Print lab requisition form
- Record the result of the point-of care test
- Print the result
- Check patients out of the covid-19 testing site
- Transmit point-of-care testing to state department of health office of epidemiology
- Transport test specimen to university of state medical center
- Appointments must have their specimen collected for rapid and rt-PCR within fifteen minutes of the patient’s arrival with rapid results and counseling done within 30 minutes of collection
• Perform point-of-care testing using state supplied covid-19 ag cards
- Must be CLIA certified and meet CLIA requirements to administer the covid-19 ag card test
- Must provide covid-19 ag cards patient information forms to each patient
- Must perform required covid-19 ag cards quality control checks
- Collects and handles specimens consistent with covid-19 ag card training
- Appointments must have their specimen collected for rapid and rt-PCR within fifteen minutes of the patient’s arrival with rapid results and counseling done within 30 minutes of collection.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2021.
(3) A pre-bid vendor conference will be held on April 22, 2021.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
