Government Authority located in Jackson, Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for COVID-19 school screening testing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 school screening testing services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Data Collection, Resulting, Reporting:
- Individual test results (to include positive and all non-positive results) must be reported within 48 hours of specimen collection and must adhere to COVID-19 Electronic Lab Reporting (ELR) reporting,
- Other On-Site Logistics and Supplies:
- The Vendor shall manage all aspects of a comprehensive, on-site student and staff asymptomatic testing program for COVID-19, ensure that the solutions are operationally integrated, provide testing turnaround times that are between 24-48 hours, manage reporting needs and requests,
- Testing Algorithm:
- This screening program is not designed for symptomatic individuals. Any symptomatic student or teacher/staff should continue to be excluded from the school/school district and
be evaluated by their primary medical provider,
- All asymptomatic teachers, employees, and students weekly.
- Weekly screening of students (and teachers/coaches) participating in school sponsored extracurricular activities of any type, including sports, as a condition of participation (school district decision).
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2021
(4) Intent to submit proposal must be submitted no later than July 1, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
