Vendor needs to provide Project Management and Communications Services to Support the Early Learning Collaborative to
• Communications –manage the content of the Prekindergarten website page; develop a monthly newsletter for collaborative educators; develop promotional materials related to early childhood staffing and student enrollment; develop promotional. materials and media to promote the Early Learning Collaborative Tax Credit
• Project management – create and manage a workplan for Collaborative activities, specifically related to recruitment of staffing and student enrollment
• Community engagement – assist in organizing opportunities to engage and partner with families, members of the MS Early Childhood community, and other key stakeholders in the
asset mapping and strategic visioning process; develop engagement for diverse student populations, especially students with disabilities and non-native English speakers; offer strategic support on the expansion of Parent Academy programming.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
