(1) Vendor needs to provide building information modeling and door hardware management software to manage door hardware, door frames, doors, keying, and ancillary hardware.
- software required must integrate into BIM/ Revit software used by architectural firms supplying design solutions
- Life-cycle management and maintenance of installed facility doors, hardware, and access control opening details - Door family parameters built in Revit
- Direct hyperlink access to catalog cut sheets for product details in door surveys
- Electrical elevations for door/ hardware integrations with access control solutions
- Keying and biting information for master keyed cylinder
- Two-way integration with Revit for existing and new facility design parameters
- Filtering and sorting of door frame, door, and hardware opening information
- Mobile application for survey, inspections, and punch list
- Remote phone and web conferencing technical support for registered users.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
