[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment, customer service, records administration, legal and marketing services to the government authority located in Mississippi.
• Funds and investment management
• Fund accounting and reporting
• Administrative services
• Administration
• Recordkeeping
• Customer service
• Outreach and marketing
- Provide an integrated toll-free customer service call center to seamlessly answer customer inquiries.
- Process all incoming customer correspondence in an efficient and timely manner.
- Store copies of all incoming and outgoing customer correspondence electronically.
- Provide for collection of participant payments via electronic posting from sources including, but not limited to, lockbox, recurring ACH, and one time ACH.
- Process incoming and outgoing rollover payments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 3, 2023.
(3) An intent to respond will be due on January 10, 2023.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
