(1) Vendor needs to provide admissions and recruitment consulting services to the government authority located in Mississippi.– A top–end enrolment funnel management partner to optimize our resources in reaching college prospects. We require analyses to recommend optimal lead, management and procurement strategies of high volumes of leads from multiple sources,• Analysis of our historic lead engagement records, applicant data, and enrolment data to recommend optimal lead procurement strategy,• Lead management service with engagement campaigns geared toward converting leads to hand raisers to be fed into our CRM; this part should include multiple engagement forms andtemplates for different target population segments, with a strategy to generate opt–ins anddeliver that data to the University (top–end lead management volumes may vary depending onoptimal strategy,• Analysis to determine optimal mail campaigns for high school junior and senior mail pieces,• Mail processing and servicing to deliver the (2) mail campaigns per year (volume to be determined based on optimal strategy, but may range 50k – 150k mail pieces per campaign),• Regular status meetings between the contractor and University staff (Enrolment team) to provide project updates, present engagement metrics, work out partnership logistics and data sharing, and discuss other identified challenges and opportunities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 26, 2024.
