(1) Vendor needs to provide digital asset management solution to support university marketing and communications staff in efforts to centralize, organize, archive, and tag digital assets including images, videos, documents, design files, and logos.1. Hosting: Solution should be online/cloud/internet SaaS and should not be hosted at UM2. Internal Access: Should support the ability of no less than 100 individuals – with appropriate administrative access to log in dependent upon role and privileges – to view, upload, download or alter information or assets to all or a subset of the within a UM–branded experience.Currently known as “DAM Managers”, these users may be University Marketing & Communications staff or embedded marketers and/or communicators across the campus who have been trained to identify, search, and share specific archival assets within the .3. Administrative Privileges: The ability of administrative users to easily create, modify, and delete user roles and groups, and to assign permissions based on groups and/or users, as well as the capability to assign permissions at a file–based level.4. External User Experience: The interface should allow for a UM–branded experience that features an intuitive and modern user experience while allowing users without login credentials to easily search and find assets.5. Asset Centralization: Provide one, secure location that streamlines collaboration, management, and distribution of digital assets to both internal and external audiences.6. Asset Organization: Provide administrative users with the ability to quickly and easily organize, tag, search, retrieve, and publish digital assets.7. Versioning Control: Versioning for assets allows the organization to manage and track assets over time and to ensure assets are up–to–date and consistent with brand standards.8. Digital Rights and Usage: Ability for administrative users to manage digital rights and usage restrictions of assets.9. Metrics: Provide access to robust and configurable metrics and reporting options such as the number of uploads/downloads within a specific timeframe, user traffic, user logins, number of asset requests and deliveries, etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 26, 2024.
