(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacist services to the government authority located in Ellisville, MS.– One contractor assist agency with providing licensed Pharmacist professional services for the Persons served of the Agency on Campus and in the Community Homes as needed.– The rate of pay shall be sixty–five dollars ($65.00) per hour for up to twenty (20) hours per week, including travel.– Perform all staff Registered Pharmacist duties on days of heaviest workflow, on an as needed basis.– Evaluate and fill/check medication orders– Supervise technicians– Provide Clinical information to prescribers and other healthcare professionals– Conduct medicine room inspections, assist with inventory management– Share in campus consultant duties as needed.– Monitor all pharmaceutical services of the Agency(2) The contract period will be for one year.
