(1) Vendor needs to provide email marketing services.– The agency is seeking a solution that will allow the university to develop, revise, schedule and distribute personalized, targeted emails to reach our primary constituents (donors, alumni, employees, current and prospective students and parents) from a centralized contact database.– Ability to support no less than 500,000 unique contacts and the ability to scale up from that number to reach additional constituents via email.– Ability for users to create personalized, mobile–responsive and accessible custom brand template emails with dynamic content (including fonts, photo and video) using data from a customer database.– Ability to segment groups and target subscribers based on lists, behaviors, demographic information including but not limited to user attributes, data sources, campaigns, etc.– Ability to schedule an email hours, days or weeks ahead of time as well as cancel or change the delivery of those emails.– Solution should also include a calendar or dashboard that provides a centralized view of all scheduled emails by all units.– Ability to allow users and recipients to subscribe and unsubscribe, handle automatic and manual subscribes and unsubscribes, provide and manage opt–out links to include a manage preferences page that allows for the recipient (or user) to manage all of their communications from the university and departments in one place.– Ability to track and resend follow–up emails to recipients who didn't open the prior email.(2) A contract period will be for one year.
