Media monitoring:– Ability to provide media monitoring for all coverage (print, broadcast, radio and online) making mention of the university and all internal departments including all athletic teams as well as university affiliated personnel.2. Media coverage and analytics:– Ability to provide interactive media coverage dashboards for users with advanced analytics including: media mentions, share of voice, social amplification of news coverage, top media publishers, article sentiment, mentions by location and aggregate readership.3. Media monitoring alerts:– Ability to support unlimited real–time media alerts, as well as daily and weekly media digests sent via email.4. Broadcast monitoring clips:– Ability to allow users to be able to edit, download and share all broadcast television clips.5. Media contact and distributions lists:– Ability to provide and manage existing robust contacts for media personnel (print, broadcast, radio and online) across the country, as well as allow unique contacts to be created by users within the system.
