(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan service. • To execute a strategic plan which includes goals and benchmarks for the organization over the next three years and beyond.• Research agency history as an organization.• Perform destination analysis to assess current tourism products and identify opportunities for demand generators.• Conduct internal performance review including current staff structure, job descriptions and future visitors center development.• Conduct stakeholder study.• Help develop strategic initiatives for future of agency and tourism council.• Work with Executive Director and staff to create good practices of CRM use, goal–setting and onboarding of new employees.• Work with staff to develop on–boarding for new hospitality and leisure businesses in agency.• Create key performance indicators to measure and track goal achievement.• A comprehensive written report and an executive summary presented to agency staff and the tourism council upon completion of the project.• Provide goals for the organization’s visitor center for growth.• Provide goals for the organization’s outreach within the community and partnership promotion.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2024.
