(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing agency services.– Tourism advertising and public relations strategy through December 31, 2026, including destination marketing and messaging; placement strategy for target markets; integrated marketing activities, including digital marketing, traditional print, broadcast media and other relevant components; public relations initiatives; and production of collateral materials and printing management. Qualified agencies will have a working knowledge of the tourism industry.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 27, 2024.(3) Notice of intent to bid due on June 28, 2024.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
