[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial accounting consultant services to the agency controller and financial analyst on matters of financial planning and financial and accounting infrastructure, policies, management and other special projects to the government authority located in Biloxi, MS.
- Development and monitoring of agency budgets
- Re-occurring accounts payables
- Maintenance of general ledgers and subsidiary grant ledgers
- Property and capitalized equipment ledgers
- Prepare, or assist in preparing, all mid-year and year-end financial statements and annual closing entries
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 7, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
