[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Oracle maintenance and PeopleSoft application maintenance as the primary Enterprise Resource Planning system to support the PeopleSoft modules and Oracle database for internet/web online support for technical staff, which includes access to new software, defined contractual response time to support technical issues, support for existing PeopleSoft modules and new functionality as it is developed, internet/web online and telephone support for technical staff, support to the university support staff beyond, new software releases to the university via internet/web online access, support for existing PeopleSoft module new functionality as it is developed, new regulatory updates to the university via internet/web online access.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
