[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide community outreach and risk communication support service to the jet propulsion laboratory.
• Develop or assist with development of print materials for community outreach such as newspaper ads, public notices, flyers, etc.,
• Prepare the 2019 Year-In-Review,
• Provide reviews of CERCLA documents and responses to stakeholder questions,
• Prepare a newsletter and fact sheet for distribution to the community,
• Support public meetings and community information sessions by preparing key messages, assisting with speaker points, developing responses to tough questions, providing risk communication training, answers to questions, and conducting dry runs,
• Participate in bi-weekly teleconferences with the NASA staff,
• Support reviews of the CERCLA program website, develop content for website, and coordinate posting of content,
• Provide risk communication support to NASA team including spokesperson preparation, media assistance, and stakeholder response assistance, and
• Monitor news coverage and alert NASA to possible need for responses or proactive messaging and materials.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
